Old Sulehay Wood Fine Art Print
STORY
As England entered into another national lockdown, we were once again confined to our area to explore. I’m grateful to all the places within a short distance of us that allow us to roam without concern. This particular wood is carpeted with snow drops and blue bells in the spring.. fragrant with wild garlic. Sometimes you can hear the cuckoo bird in the distance. On this day, my husband and I went for a walk though not to deep into the wood. before mud was too thick to continue going any further. As we took a short cut back to the main pathway, I noticed this tree at the edge of the wood. I loved the lines and color against the foggy afternoon. The ferns turning a rust orange before burning out.
