STORY
This image was created on May 15th 2020 when the UK allowed families to leave the homes together once again. Only the outdoors where available to visit. After a walk in the woods and discovering Forget-Me-Nots, I was inspired to return home and create this still life.
I titled this lockdown creation ‘Emerge’. Representing both the season emerging from a long winter and for our family finally being given permission to leave our homes and emerge into the world again. At peace and with courage, we emerge into this uncertain world knowing the Lord goes before us. I am not forgotten.
PRINTING
A heavy-duty archival paper with a textured finish and a velvety matte surface which works brilliantly for limited editions. The paper has a warm white hue providing a perfect surface for fine art photography.
Giclée printing method
Eco solvent inks: A lower VOC content than normal solvent inks and are significantly less
